  6. Literature review chapter– This should be a critical and very comprehensive review of relevant, current literature with a focus on your research aim and objectives. This will inform the questions in your questionnaire and interview guide.

Conclusion-Go back to your Research Questions: Refer to each question and show the reader that you’ve actually answered everything that you set out to answer; have you drawn conclusions on each and every aspect of the Research Questions? If there are gaps, you should point these out, explaining why you’ve not been able to reach a firm conclusion.Recommendations- Think about your context: try to make sure that your recommendations are practical given the situation and resources the sector / organisation can call upon. Try to prioritise your recommendations, starting with those which will make the most impact for the sector / context. Recommend more research where there is still a lack of clarity. If so, be clear why this research is still needed, and what its scope should be.
