The main marketing goal is to attract more customers, guiding them with correct way for photo session, the best way of marketing is through word of mouth to friends, neighbour and so on.

Some of constraint in marketing plan are:

  1. There are no employees in her business as she need to perform all task single handed`. 
  2. There are other competitors in city, which are better than her with flexible prices.
  3. As today’s technology is advanced there are smart phones and digital cameras where, people are having with themselves which affect her business.

Financial Resources and Constraints

The organisation environment has effectively used their resources in funding specific amount for marketing activities, research, internal support by upgrading technology for implementing marketing plan (Wood, 2017, p. 31). Cherish Moments Photography have spent its finance for promoting the business by putting website and marketing through Google AdWords. The company have bought digital camera lenses for better results.

Certain constraints for marketing plan were the Google AdWords is not used by every customer. The digital camera is too expensive as for higher the quality higher the price that it needs more finance for the business.

Tanya Jeremy the owner of Cherish Moment Photography has an experience of 5 years in photography industry as she runs this photography company since 2015. She handles all the work by herself.

The Cherish Moments offers four different photo collection range for the customers with Italian folio box frames with a fix size of 7X11” prints. The company offer A La Carte portraits for $225, Basic photo collection for $1200 that includes 6 portraits, Classic photo collection for $1800 that includes 10 portraits and deluxe photo collection for $2400 with 15 portraits with $200 gift card for next photo session depending on the customers wants.

CMP offers the customer goes for consultancy they are given fully guided photography session with prior appointment where, they are given guidance about what is the occasion how they would like to photographed, with whom, the styling, the cloths and importance about the occasion.
