Two major ethical principles for digital transformation that business should adhere are biasness and transparency. Implicit biasness is the unconscious mental process that has extensive bearing on discrimination law (Dr.Agrawal 2018). For instance, when hiring for tech position, the company assume that a younger person would perform better than baby boomer. Algorithms can help strain biasness through looking at people competencies. Hence, avoid biases is no more an option (Linnemann, 2019). Moreover, it would help business to move from usual talent pool introducing workforce to pool in productive ideas and maintain brand image.

Artificial Intelligence tool is used by company to protect privacy of both employees and customers. Transparency, an essential ethical concern deals with an organization to be free of deceit and untruthfulness. Transparency in business leads to trust (Kappel 2019).Companies can identify task and information that could be entrusted to machine or people. (Sari, 2020). For example a public transportation network uses an electronic card which is a source to acquire customer data. Selling any information from such data is unethical that lose transparency. Data stated should be used with customers’ consultation and stated purpose (Meulen 2017). Another example of company that uses transparency is; Apptopia-A Boston based company has bank of monitors that show monthly client numbers, customer churn and revenues visible to all employees (Fotsch, B & Case, J 2017). Furthermore, these ethics can help business to maintain open lines of communication with employees and practice company operation and accountability.
