PROOFREADING AND EDITING

What document formats do you work on?

At Tutoring Lounge, we usually work on word files, however if the student require something to be proofread or edit on excel or other formats we can definitely have a look on the requirements and then can confirm if it can be done.

How long does it take?

The time requires for proofreading and editing usually depends on the complexity of the task and other details, such as the word limit and its technicality. It can be done in a day or in some cases may take up to ten days. We will only take projects on which we are 100% confident that we will be able to deliver on time.

Who will proofread or edit the document?

All our team members are qualified professionals, so based on their area of expertise your project will be assigned to the person who seems to be the best fit to work on the project?

How do you ensure the quality of your editing and proofreading?

We won’t take any project or Tutoring on which we are not 100% confident, as we don’t want to compromise on our reputation. The professionals will do all the work and we can guarantee that the proofreading and editing work will be of good quality.

Can I get it further revised if I am not satisfied with the editing?

Definitely yes, if we work on your project and incase if you are not satisfied we will revise it further.

Do you do high volume proofreading and editing?

All the projects we take, depends on the availability of our staff members, we don’t accept projects if our staff members are busy or not available.

How does the process work?

The process is simple, you simply send us your project details that must have the project requirements provided by the university so we can check it properly. On receiving the requirements and details, we will go through it and update you on the price and time required. If you feel comfortable with the price and time required, the payment needs to be made either through PayPal, Skrill, or Direct Bank Transfer.

Is my information secure?

We make sure that all the details of our students are secure and under no circumstances it will be shared with any other company or will be used for marketing purpose.

Do you have offices?

At present we don’t have any office location, however all our staff members are comfortable in meeting with you to discuss your project details. Which makes equally comfortable for students.

How can I pay?

You can make the payment through PayPal, Skrill, Common Wealth, NAB Bank or ANZ

What ages do you teach?

All our tutors are comfortable helping students from high school, college and even University students.

Does Tuition work?

Definitely yes

Are there any lock-in contracts?

No we don’t do any contracts with students, all our tutors can only be booked on the basis of their availability.

How much does the tuition cost per hour?

We don’t have any set prices for tutoring, it based on subjects, student level and for how long a student needs the tutor for. To inquire about the prices, the best thing to do is give us a call.

How are your tutors selected?

We don’t recruit tutors on just the basis of their qualifications but also on their approach towards tutoring, how they help students and their expertise.

What are your tutoring and consultation times?

Since we don’t organize sessions in any campus, so tutoring and consultation times are flexible. Both student and tutor can decide a mutual time.

Where is the tutoring done?

Tutoring can be done in Libraries, Students place, Café’s or any other location that suit both students and tutors.
