Choose a target organisation of interest and explore its HR metrics. For example employee job satisfaction, engagement, performance, leadership, recruitment, and remuneration, among others. Discuss and critique how the organisation uses these (1-3) metrics for making decisions.

The assignment will include: a) Background description, b) HR metrics/analytics practices, c) Review and critique present practices, d) Recommendations, and e) References in Harvard Ref style [with at least 10 journal articles].

Note: You do not need to provide the actual data for the metric(s) you are exploring. You can analyse the metric on theoretical, conceptual, or contextual grounds. For example, you could focus on the questions/items used to measure the metric and the appropriateness of their design. Note also that you can use a pseudonym if you do not wish to identify the organisation.
