In this response, you will analyse a design project  in relation to Ann Thorpe's criteria of design activism (Thorpe, 2011, p. 6).

Instructions:

• Choose a project from one of the following websites of Australian design studios who are known for their design activism:

• Choose and Analyse an example of the design work of Inkahoots or Viola Design in relation to Ann Thorpe's criteria of design activism (Thorpe, 2011, p. 6). Which of the criteria best describes your chosen example? (There may be more than one.) Do you think your chosen example is an effective piece of activism? Why?
• Select quotes and ideas from Thorpe's article and acknowledge the source correctly, ie (Thorpe, 2011, p...).
• Create a Word document (this will be saved as a PDF for submission). Explain how your chosen project fits Thorpe's criteria, using the APA in-text referencing procedure to acknowledge where you have directly quoted or paraphrased her ideas.
• Embed an image of your project and provide a Figure number (ie Fig.1), a descriptive caption and the image source in brackets underneath the image.
• List all sources consulted (in alphabetical order) in a Reference List. Include set text by Thorpe and the image source/s.

You need to demonstrate the following requirements:

• Engagement with the set text. ie Select quotes and ideas from Thorpe's article and acknowledge the source correctly, ie (Thorpe, 2011, p...).
• Appropriate use of APA referencing procedures.
• Well presented image/s, figure number and citation and image source underneath image/s in brackets.
• Clear English expression and editing.
