MAA103 Accounting for Decision Making

MAA103 Accounting for Decision-Making is an introductory course in which students will study how to use accounting information to make effective business decisions. Students will learn to apply the basic double-entry accounting concepts to record transactions, prepare financial reports and analyse and understand what they mean. Students will also study the use of integrated reporting, how to use management accounting budgets and planning techniques and consider modern issues such as the role of ethics.
