Task 4 – Design and produce a flyer
You have been asked by your manager to design a flyer as the organisation will be holding an end of year social function for staff. You should do some research on line and use some of your own ideas for creating the document, but you must also follow the task and organisational requirements listed below.

Details of the function: The function will be held in the Board Room on 5 December, 6.30 to 8.30 pm. There will be a buffet and non-alcoholic drinks. The function is for staff members only. A request will be sent to staff at a later date to ask if they will be attending and if they have any special catering requirements.

• Use the company logo
• Use the corporate colours/theme – the colours that are in the logo
• Use language and font that is easy to read
• Use larger font size and bold to emphasize important points
• Use one graphic or picture
• Use wordart – once
• Use the on-line Help feature to overcome any problems with completing this task
• Check all instructions for this task are complete
• Include the required footer - see the Organisational Style and Procedures Guide
• Follow the file naming requirements in the Organisation’s Style and Procedures Guide
