G1. Assessment of the usefulness of the framework-
a) I find the framework highly/moderately/slightly/not at all useful for risk management in housing construction projects.
b) I think, the framework will facilitate a timely supply of quality materials, efficient construction and timely delivery of the houses to the clients with their affordability.
c) The framework needs substantial/moderate/slight/no modification to improve its usefulness.

1. I will communicate directly/using social media/organisational networks/blockchain technology, the risk management plan to all concerned in my group of stakeholders.

2. I will ensure the collaboration of all/selected/relevant stakeholders to implement a prioritised risk management plan. I will involve all/selected/relevant stakeholders in decision-making on how to act on the risk priorities proactively.

3. I will schedule/not schedule the time for each of the risk management plans/some aspects of the plans/a few aspects of it in a prioritised way for implementation at the appropriate times.

4. I will ensure that the schedule is followed to the extent possible by monitoring regularly/occasionally/often/rarely/not monitoring.

5. I will evaluate regularly/occasionally/often/rarely/not evaluate the implemented risk management plan regarding its effectiveness on proactive risk management, the impact of the risk when it occurred and corrections if required.

7. I will finalise/wait some more time/not finalise the risk management framework for housing construction organisations based on the survey findings.

8. I will/not recommend my finalised/study-finalised framework to Saudi construction organisations for pilot studies and extension for wider practice.
