The paper must be max 10 pages; typed in 12 pt. double spaced with normal margins and footnotes or end notes. Your paper must include a bibliography and any supporting Exhibits (not included in the 10 pages).

To complete the paper, go back to your initial Tutoring: "Your current experience and expectations," and review it. If you come from a family business, the paper should address the following questions:

• Review the section where you identified the main challenges facing your family business and the challenges you are facing related to the family business. Per each of the challenges you identified, compare and contrast all the reading material, lecture, case discussion, and guest speakers' experience, and answer the following questions:

0 In light of the material/class discussion/cases and speakers (=learning), would you still frame the challenges as you did at the semester's beginning, or did all the learning offer a new and/or different perspective on the challenges?

0 How does the learning inform your next steps differently?

0 What additional information do you need to collect to introduce some shifts?

0 Among the challenges still open, what process could you introduce to move the needle in the right direction? What makes it the "right one"?
