MGT80005 Leadership for Innovation - Critical Analysis

What does an innovative company look like? What is the role of leadership in the development of innovative practices, process, product, services, and systems? What styles, approaches and forms of leadership are involved in team and organisational efforts to foster innovation? Finally, what might these insights mean for your own leadership journey? What mindsets, competencies or practices ought you consider learning to develop your capacity for leadership for innovation? In this report, you are required to critically analyse an innovative company’s leadership for innovation.

Submission requirements

• Tutorings must be submitted via the Turnitin link in the ASSESSMENT folder.
• Do not email the assessment to either the convenor or instructor.
• Keep a back-up of your submission. If your Tutoring goes astray, whether your fault or ours, you will be required to reproduce it.
• The Tutoring should be in one Microsoft Word compatible document and should be written in 11 or 12-point font size and should use double spacing between each line.
• Pages of the Tutoring should have footers which include your name, student ID, unit code, Tutoring title and page numbers.
• It is expected that all work submitted has been edited for spelling, grammar and clarity.
• Tutorings will be marked up to the specified word count only.
• The word count does not include the reference list or appendices.
• Any appendices are only to contain supplementary/supporting material. They are not to contain material that is essential to achieving the Tutoring criteria.
