TASK:

This report requires you to analyse and compare the Australian construction industry with either India, US, Germany, China or UK. Please choose only 1 of these 5 countries.

REQUIREMENT:

For any country of your choosing:

1. Using key construction industry data, review the performance of the construction industry over the last 5 years and compare it with that of the Australian construction industry
2. Identify how COVID-19 has impacted the construction industry in your chosen country and compare this to Australia
3. Critically appraise how inflation and interest rate pressures have impacted the construction industry in your chosen country and compare this to the Australian

This research should be carried out using publicly available information, government statistics and reports but must also reference a minimum of 5 academic papers such as journal articles.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The purpose of this Tutoring is to undertake a critical analysis. It is important that students discuss the facts, rather than report the facts.

FORMAT OF Tutoring

This Tutoring should be presented as a single pdf document as a technical report that is fully referenced using the Harvard (Author, Date) system. It should include a Table of Contents and an Executive Summary.

The Unit Guide allows for a 2500-word report, exclusive of tables, diagrams and references.
